Privacy Policy

• Account information you provide: name, email address, and organization name.
• Business profile information you enter, such as capabilities, codes, locations served, certifications, and contracting history.
• Product usage information, such as pages viewed, saved opportunities, and pursuits created, used to operate and improve the service.
• Billing information handled by our payment processor. GovTasks does not store full card numbers.

• Provide the service: match opportunities to your profile, generate fit explanations, and manage pursuits and tasks.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
• Communicate about your account, deadlines you have opted into, and service changes.

We do not sell your business profile information.

Some features send opportunity text and relevant parts of your business profile to third-party AI providers to produce summaries, requirement extractions, and explanations. AI output is informational only and is labeled in the product. Scoring, deadlines, and permissions remain deterministic and are not decided by AI.

We share information with service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments, send email, and provide AI processing, each under contract and only as needed to run GovTasks. We may disclose information when required by law.

• You can edit or remove business profile information at any time from your account.
• You can request account deletion, after which we delete or de-identify your data other than records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
• You can opt out of non-essential email from your notification settings.
